The boutique, located in the warehouse district of downtown Charlottesville, maintains a strong association with the rich history of the city. For more than 60 years, the space housed an old hardware and grain store. GEORGIE’s new fresh, minimal interior is softened by the 100 year-old, exposed wood beamed ceiling. The walls are decorated with contemporary art from both local and nationally recognized artists, such as Wolf Kahn, Ellsworth Kelly, and Richard Crozier.
